Auto Lead Cutting Machine
Introduce
- This product cuts the cell welds of battery modules to extract cells for recycling electric vehicle batteries.
- It can cut pouch, cylindrical and other shapes of batteries.
- When the cutting operation is executed, the cutting blade moves in the X,Y,and Z axes to neatly cut the + and - lead
electrodes of the lithium battery or the clamp of the battery.
- For manual cutting operations, the jog button on the touch panel can be used to drive the drill head in all three axes.
- The product can cut lead electrodes and clamps on the six sides of the battery module.
- The drawer-style design of the battery holder makes it easy to remove and attach the battery, and the drawer can be
easily removed in the event of a fire.
- Air or inert gas can be blown through the nozzle to remove chips and cool the drill bit when cutting.
